Though the two experiences are completely different, they are both incredibly fun and will get your blood pumping. Will you start in the cold of the Icebar or will you get the party started at Our House?
Visit the Amsterdam Icebar
The Amsterdam Icebar is the coolest bar in the city, figuratively and literally. The bar has two main rooms: a ‘warm’ tavern bar where you can have a cocktail or a large beer, and a freezing cold bar, the Icebar itself. We’ll also give you three free tokens which you can exchange for drinks while inside the Icebar.
In the Icebar, you’ll experience a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius. Luckily, before you enter you’ll get a thermal coat and gloves to make sure you’re protected against the cold. Everything in the Amsterdam Icebar, from the furniture to the walls and the art, is made entirely out of ice.
The experience includes a reliving of the famous adventure of Dutch explorer Willem Barentsz, who was stranded in the Arctic on an island called Nova Zembla for nearly a year. In the Icebar, you can order beer, shots, and orange juice, all of which are served in glasses made out of ice!

Electronic music took the world by storm, but how did it start and where is it going? At Our House you’ll see how the genre grew from an underground community to a global phenomenon. The story is told with the help of immersive audiovisual shows and several interactive installations and exhibits.
